VINTAGE HOUSE – ADA TRANSITION PLAN

In anticipation of future capital improvement projects, the administration at Vintage House contacted TBE to conduct an ADA Transition Plan and Inventory of the facility. This plan and inventory map will be a tool the administration can use in planning future projects and satisfying it’s requirements to provide an accessible facility for its clients.

STANLY RANCH – PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE

A new 80′ x 10′ prefabricated pedestrian bridge by Vector Engineers is installed to link the villas at Stanly Ranch to the Stanley Ranch Resort to the South.

Per environmental review by WRA environmental consultants, the proposed bridge will avoid adverse impacts within the jurisdictional areas of Corp of Engineers, Regional Water Quality Control Board and California Department Of Fish And Wildlife.
