VINTAGE HOUSE – ADA TRANSITION PLAN
In anticipation of future capital improvement projects, the administration at Vintage House contacted TBE to conduct an ADA Transition Plan and Inventory of the facility. This plan and inventory map will be a tool the administration can use in planning future projects and satisfying it’s requirements to provide an accessible facility for its clients.

This 324,000 square-foot mixed use project is proposed in response to a Zero Net Energy Challenge, by Pacific Gas & Electric in partnership with UC Merced.
