Longtime client, BANGO DISTRIBUTION, INC. contacted us to develop a concept for a retail location in an existing industrial building in Santa Rosa. Sharing a love of orange, we were inspired to create this eye catching entry for their first retail location.
Planning for this existing 2 building industrial complex build-out includes: retail cannabis with onsite consumption, distribution, research and development facilities for genetic cultivation and manufacturing all in a 4800 SF footprint.
“The improvements are of superior design for the use and the surrounding businesses through upgrades to the vacant building by providing a unique design pattern to the screened-in porch and front entrance visible from Cleveland Avenue, creating an articulated facade to reduce the uniform style of the existing building, and updated landscaping to the existing building’s exterior.”

The owner’s of Economy Food Market contacted TBE in late 2016 to rectify a number of RED-TAGGED item’s that Napa County identified as violations. Working with the Client and the County, TBE was able to document the violations for correction and stop a potential shut-down of the Owner’s Business by the County.
